As the planning here for helping Bic out is still in full swing we have decide on the tasks we wish to tackle for this event. We will be refinishing her deck and painting the exterior of her home as well as some sprucing up of the flower beds. The supplies we are looking for is just suggesting if folks already have it we could use paint rollers, extendable poles, sanders, paintbrush, power washer (we have one but could use another). So I have had several families reply that they are in and i just want to touch base to provide you with a sense of the type of work. Plesae email me your address with a count of how many which to come to join in if we get enough folks than maybe we will divide into shifts. Thank you to all for your kind words and support towards this project. email me at wilhelmzuluconnie@yahoo.com subject line our friend Tina

WHEN: June 18 th and 19 th all day ( different shift available) WHAT: Goal, i know that there is a great number of us that care for Tina and wish to help her out , likely me you are often wondering what you can do. So I am corditating a help Tina out day which is designed to do some home maintance jobs that she needs done. Depending on the number of volunteers that let me know they are for sure in will determine how many jobs I decide with Tina's input we tackel. Here are a few of the ideas of work we know right now needs done, the winter weather took off a part of her faccia and sofit, deck needs refinished, house needs painted outside, garage needs sanded and painted, side door needs stainned or painted, flowers beds and who knows what else we will see needs done. BUT THE BOTTOM LINE I WANT TINA TO FEEL A HUG FROM OUR COMMUNITY TO LET HER KNOW THAT WE CARE ABOUT HER AND WE ARE HER TO SUPPORT HER JUST IMAGINE HOW SHE WILL FEEL TO KNOW THIS STUFF IS DONE so tell one and tell all spread the word we need people to bring people. but i need numbers of folks to know how much to prepare for. I am looking for tools and supplies to be donated too as much as possible. So if you have a lead on any of that please let me know. I am looking at talking to some community groups like Rotarty Club, church groups etc. to see what i can get, but if you think you can help me get some things please let me know. so spread the word and let me know, keep in touch and let me know who and how many. thanks 519-860-9601 wilhelmzuluconnie@yahoo.com

Connie Wilhelm-Zulu came highly recommended by a good friend who had already bought and sold with her, after we had dealt with an agent in town whom we were unsatisfied with their service. Connie met with us and explained how the house would be listed and marketed, and listened to our concerns and questions. She was not pushy or demanding, she was eager and anxious to market our home. She took extra care to analyze the market to make sure that our home was priced properly and that all the best features were listed. She made accurate measurements and took several (30 plus) photos to show the house to its best advantage. To ensure she was delivering us the best service and advice, Connie contacted a colleague of hers and had him attend and give his opinions as to the house and price point – all supporting what Connie had already advised us. Even during a quiet time in the market around Christmas, Connie was eager to have an open house on two different days and different times. This was also timed with a family trip out of town as to convenience us and our family. Connie is always available on her cell phone or by email without having to deal with a secretary. If she is unavailable she is sure to get back to you within a couple of hours of your inquiry with the answer and then some. We received emails with updated viewings of our home and other new listings to compare our home to. Connie continually monitors the sales and conditional offers on the market to ensure we are first to know what’s moving in our area. We listed our house without a house to move into yet, and Connie continually watched the market to see if anything suited us. She even encouraged us to locate a potential house we like where she could approach the owner to see if they were interested in selling. Connie has contacted us on several occasions requesting to do open houses, when other agents we interviewed did not believe in open houses. Connie has delivered the personal approach we like, and we feel like we are a priority to her. She has gone above and beyond our expectations and I would have recommended her to friends and family. We highly recommend Connie’s services, and if your move involves the sale of your home and you want the small town feeling and personal touch, she’s the agent you want to hire. The Romano Family
