Our Home Town Girl Giving Back to the Community

Local Real Estate Salesperson Giving Back to our Community

Born and raised in our small town and now raising her three children here Real Estate salesperson Connie Wilhelm Zulu came up with an idea to give back to her community.  Connie Wilhelm Zulu has just kicked off her largest fund-raising efforts to date. If you are considering buying or selling a home any time between now and January 1st 2011 then do so with Connie Wilhelm Zulu, PEAK Realty Ltd., Brokerage.  "PEAK will be a great set up for this offer for I will also be able to offer very competitive commissions," said Connie Wilhelm Zulu. She is personally donating back $250 to a school of your choice for each home she helps sell.  Connie Wilhelm Zulu says  "Ordinarily I was going to run the program for the new Little Falls Public School, but  I want to be sure to offer this great deal to all my clients  so I have extend to which ever school my clients wish to see it go to."

Our home town girl said "The idea came to me while talking to her son Alex.  He wanted me to donate more.  I told him “Simple math, Alex, if I have more coming in I can put more out.  Lucky for me, I work in a field that if you do the hard work getting the leads then more should come in."  Connie Wilhelm Zulu parents run a successful trucking business here and 3 out 4 of the siblings call the Stonetown home, so she is looking forward to having a positive effect on our community.

Lynn Hainer, Chair for Little Falls fundraising said "It’s very exciting to see a real estate salesperson as passionate and motivated as Connie.  To date, the Little Falls committee has raised over $248,000 with $67,000  to go.  The money Connie helps raise will be a perfect fit for the construction of the playground, scheduled to be opened in Spring of 2011."  For more information on how the fundraising efforts are coming along you can find it on facebook under Little Falls Public School.  When asked her opinion on Connie Wilhelm Zulu efforts Helen Brockman said "It is so wonderful to see professionals come from the community and offer to take projects like this on that tie in with our goal of building a better experience and learning outcome for all our children."  You will also see Connie Wilhem Zulu at many outdoor events over the summer so be sure to ask her how you can get in on this deal or contact her directly at 519-860-9601 (cell).  To access more information visit her website at www.realestateinstmarys.com, or stop by and see her Real Estate Facebook page.
